We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance. For color services or Saturday appointments, 2–3 weeks ahead ensures you get your preferred time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Does my service include a shampoo and blowout?
Yes — all haircut services include a shampoo, conditioner, and a professional blowout finish. Color services include a shampoo and blowout as well.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring any inspiration photos you love — Pinterest boards, Instagram saves, or screenshots all work perfectly. The more visual reference you have, the better we can understand your vision.
Is parking available near the salon?
Yes — we have dedicated parking for our clients right at the salon.
Do you offer free consultations?
Absolutely. A brief consultation is included with every appointment before any service begins. Sharon always takes the time to understand your goals and recommend the best approach.
What products do you use at Salon SR?
Salon SR uses Milbon exclusively — a premium Japanese professional haircare line chosen for its performance and hair-health benefits. We’ll gladly advise on a Milbon home-care routine during your appointment.
Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?
Not at all — we take care of everything here. The most valuable thing you can bring is any inspiration. We open every appointment with a thorough consultation.
